Fanny Bean was born on 4 February 1859 to Charles Bean and Ann (nee Nettleton). She was baptised on 6 March at St Matthew’s Church in Chapel Allerton. The parish register shows that her father worked as a butcher.
The 1861 Census records that the family were living on Old High Road in Chapel Allerton, Fanny was 2 years old.
Fanny died probably at the beginning of January 1862 and was buried in the churchyard of St Matthew’s Church on 5 January.
