Richard was born to John and Hannah Eyres on 5 November 1835 and was baptised at the church of St John the Evangelist in Leeds on 21 April 1836.
He died on 11 May 1839 and was buried on 15 May in the graveyard at St Matthew’s Church in Chapel Allerton.
