Hannah Shillito was born on 5 August 1799 to William Shillito and Esther (nee Ryder). She was baptised on 5 September 1799 at St Peter’s Church in Leeds. She married John Eyres on 7 January 1827 at St Peter’s Church in Bradford (now the cathedral). They had the following children:
- Eleanor Shillito (1829-1884)
- Mary Hannah (1831-1906)
- John William (1833- )
- Richard (1835-1839)
- Sarah (1841- )

Hannah died on the 12 August 1871 and was buried on 16 August in the graveyeard at St Matthew’s Church in Chapel Allerton.
