Sarah Prince was born near Harewood on 21 December 1799 to Marmaduke Prince and Ann (nee Crosfield). She was baptised at All Saints Church in Harewood on 26 January 1800 and the baptismal register shows that the family lived at Weardley.
By the time of the birth of her younger sister, Ann, in 1811 the family look to have moved to Chapel Allerton.
Sarah died in January 1815 and was buried in St Matthew’s churchyard on 13 January 1815.
