Mary Whitaker was born on 14 July 1807, daughter of William Whitaker and Eleanor (nee Skelton). She was baptised on 22 November 1807 at St Peter’s Church and the baptismal record shows that they were living in Holbeck.
Mary died on 16 January 1809 aged 1 year and 10 months according to the gravestone and was buried in the churchyard of St Matthew’s Church, Chapel Allerton.
